Hey, I just got back from an hour-long walk! Rock on.
(There is some mathematical situation that can equate walking for an hour to biking or jogging for 20 minutes, right? Because walking is all I can manage at this point)
i went for a 45 minute jog last night. that would have been double the fun, eh?
