Which brings me to Coromega Omega3 Squeeze (orange flavored).

I learned about it from the Women's Health Magazine supplement that comes with your magazine order. The reviews on Amazon were outstanding, so I located some at my nearby Walgreen's and squeezed away.
I've taken it now for 3 weeks.
Flavor: It does taste somewhat like a creamsicle, but the citric acid has a bit of a kick to it. Doesn't taste like fish at all, no fish burbs at all.
Mood/Body changes: Nothing yet. But I think I need to have it in my system for more than 30 days before anything really happens.
Would I buy again?: Of course! If I don't feel any changes after 3 months I may re-evaluate, but I actually look forward to eating this fish oil!

I have found that different fish oil products differ wildly in their ability to produce noticeable effects. I have only tried products I trust, so I don't think it is a matter of mislabeling actual content. I think it is more about specific formulations and my own blood chemistry. Personally (and obviously YMMV), I have found that if I don't notice Omega 3 effects within a month, I never will.
I am a reluctant pescadarian, and have therefore tried very hard to find a vegetarian supplement that gave me the same boost as fish oils. Right now Trader Joe's Flax seed oil tablets are really doing it for me. Good luck finding the right combination that works best for you.
Eva: Now that I think about it, I never felt a positive effect (mood & inflammation) from the Flaxseed oil either. While I do believe it lowered my cholesterol, it didn't add anything interesting on a day to day basis, which is probably why I stopped.
The Coromega is almost like a treat for me, so for now at least, I will keep it up.Thanks for your help! :)
Ew, fish burps. I just picked up a bunch of flax seed oil. Are you supposed to take that 3x/day? I vaguely remember that.
Steven,
I think it depends on why you are taking the flax seed oil. I used to take it 2x day for 2 weeks and then off it for 2 weeks to balance my endocrine system. Now I just take it once a day and that seems to help keep my SAD at bay.
Here is what the University of Maryland's Medical Center has to say on the subject.
Thanks Eva, for the link! Steven: get some guidance before glugging.:)
An update: I realized that my knees no longer ache before we get a big rain storm. Could it be the fish oil doing its magic?
